COMMISSION PROCESS

FIRST HALF PAYMENT

Before I begin working on the commission I will require half of the total payment to be paid upfront
After the money is sent, in a few days I will send you two to three sketches (can be longer depends on the scale of the commissions)

Sketches can be changed heavily, from hairstyle to pose adjustements. Do note that I will ask for extra money if the changes would be too time consuming

SECOND HALF PAYMENT

After I deliver the sketches to you, you are to choose from one of them.
When you do so, I will request the remaining money before I begin refining the artwork.

This payment is final and no longer can be refunded. You can still request additional items, like variants, but also, non refundable

After your review and approval, you will send the rest of the money so I can begin refining the rest of the pages.

=> The commissioner agrees that they are of legal age and are reponsible for their own actions.

=> I reserve the right to post the created high res artwork on my subscription sites, socials or as portfolio. If you have issues with this, be sure to state that before I begin working on the comission or request the commission as private. If you want to post it on your socials instead, that is alright, just be sure to tell me.

=> I subject commissioned artworks to variant polls on my subscription sites, this can result in you getting extra variants as a bonus. If you have issues with this be sure to state that before I begin working on the comission or request the commission as private

=> The endresult of the commission is a digital image in png format sent to the commissioner via a DROPBOX link for download or other viable service for file sharing. I do not guarantee long-term access or storage of these files, so download them.

=> If the commissioner is blatantly arrogant, racist or in any other way extremely offensive and hateful, I reserve the right to finish the commission based on the commissioner's initial request, send it to them and be done with it.

Accepted forms of payment

For refined illustrations and comics, upfront payment is not accepted and the payment is divided into two halves

This is non-negotiable. No payment in installments, exposure or luxury goods imported from Carribean Sea

=> The commissioner is eligible for refund before they send the second half of the payment.

=> The commissioner is eligible for a full refund, regardless of the state the commission is in, only if I have not given them an update in the last thirty days during the commission.

=> The commissioner is not eligible for a refund after the commission has been finished.

=> If the commissioner ordered a private commission, but refunded the artwork before making the second payment. I automatically receive the rights to do whatever I see fit with the artwork, I can post it or finish it (unlikely).

=> If the commissioner sends more money than what was requested (I have limits setup, but still) the transaction can be refunded, but the fees for this refund will be taken from the amount sent back.

=> I accept commissions in cycles / batches with a limited amount of available slots. A commissioner can only obtain one slot per cycle. One commission cycle usually lasts around 2-3 months.

=> I accept sent commissions based on multiple factors, but to generalize, idea has bigger impact on getting selected than if you simply wrote first. You cannot reserve commission slots ahead of time, but you can message me to check if I am even willing to do your idea, this is so you do not waste your precious time waiting for nothing.

=> If your commission request was not accepted for various reasons, I have setup a pity system in works, but unfortunately even there the same rules apply -> idea over first-come-first-served approach. That also means there is a chance your idea might not get accepted at all if the influx of commissions is simply too large. This is all due to my inability to duplicate myself or having four arms... and for that... I sincerely apologize...

=> You do not have the right to use my artwork for AI in any form or shape regardless of the licence. Examples include but are not limited to: Generation of images, references or style replication. None of it is allowed

=> You have the right to use the artwork for non-commercial / personal usage, you can print it, publish it on your socials, put it on a t-shirt, put it as your profile picture or as a banner on your social site, as long as I am credited.

=> Unless bought under Commercial licence or stated otherwise, the artwork may not be used for promotional, self-promotional, or marketing purposes, regardless if profit is generated or not.
